Shipping Policy:

We use USPS. We charge a flat rate to your area(zones) in the United States. You will receive a tracking number when shipped. Shipping will take  3-8 business day. 

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Damages and issues:

Once item(s) are handed to USPS,  they are responsible for damage or loss of any packages. Please contact USPS immediately. 

For defective or wrong item, please contact us at littlerparadisecreations2022@gmail.com or Contact US, so that we can correct the issue. Please add order# in the subject line.  We will ask for pictures of defect or wrong item.

Refunds: 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that was sent back to us without first requesting a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected pictures for your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
